Ignored
Have you ever said something and saw the words vanishing in thin air? Or worse, no one asked you anything at all. You are invited in a meeting but you have no role to play there. No update to give,no questions asked. But you need to be present in that meeting every single time. What a waste of time and energy. I have faced this before and facing it now. Silence is much more powerful than words. Your silence adds pressure on you to be prepared for the worse,to look for alternatives. You crave stability and you are looking forward to grow in an organisation and you are looking for a mentor. You want to contribute but no one asks you to. You expect some mentoring but all you see is senior teammates fighting for little more authority,trying to create more dependency. Trying to cut you off.
