A Bundle Of Little Things

  1.  F ew things are as valuable as your family being healthy, safe and sound.  2.  During times that we cannot go outside we are blessed with the opportunity to go within. 3.  Messy periods reveal how strong you’ve made yourself (through your routines and daily practices). They also pinpoint all the internal work still left to do. 4.  Beauty exists in the simplest of things. And that once we commit to finding it, it always appears. 5.  A day with a great book is better than a month fooling with social media. 6.  In dark moments our world needs you to shine more brightly. 7.  Every time we complain or make an excuse, we degrade our power. And disrespect our genius. 8.  Ee can be most creative when our carefully constructed plans fall apart. Living in the question instead of in the answer can bring the most unexpected artistic and spiritual rewards. 9.  Simple and fresh food—skillfully prepared—is the eighth wonder of the world....

Have you ever said something and saw the words vanishing in thin air? Or worse, no one asked you anything at all. You are invited in a meeting but you have no role to play there. No update to give,no questions asked. But you need to be present in that meeting every single time. What a waste of time and energy. I have faced this before and facing it now. Silence is much more powerful than words. Your silence  adds pressure on you to be prepared for the worse,to look for alternatives. You crave stability and you are looking forward to grow in an organisation and you are looking for a mentor. You want to contribute but no one asks you to. You expect some mentoring but all you see is senior teammates fighting for little more authority,trying to create more dependency. Trying to cut you off. You get adjusted with the silence,the pressure, the sound of fan and random noise in meeting.
